Organization Structure

At Ramboll, we believe in working together to achieve our goals. Each person in the team has a unique set of skills – we believe in identifying and developing those skills.

 
 

We believe that every role of all RME employees has its own level of importance that is essential to achieving the company’s goal. Each person brings something to the table varying from his/her area of responsibility. This includes management skills for strategies, decision-making and supervision, technical expertise and business support.

The hierarchy below is structured to fairly and equally distribute responsibilities according to each person’s capacity, experience and qualification. There is a clear career path at Ramboll with promotion based on merit.
