At Ramboll we use employee performance appraisals and ongoing employee dialogues to ensure our people get the most out of their working experience with us.

Learning & Development

The evaluation of our people’s potential leads to identification of training needed to help them grow and develop. It is also critical for a firm who add value through our expertise that our people are trained in the latest techniques and technologies.

As part of the evaluation process, employees and managers agree personal and professional development plans. Our training courses include internal seminars, one-to-one coaching and courses conducted by external training providers.

We have a strong culture of knowledge sharing within Ramboll. People conduct research on relevant subjects and present to their peers on their findings. In this way not only do we keep up to date with the latest developments in our disciplines but our staff continuously improve their communication skills and confidence.
